Kathryn Ullrich
Ms. Ullrich specializes in the recruitment of senior level executives for enterprise software, high technology, and consulting companies.
Ms. Ullrich has seven years of executive search experience with her own firm and Russell Reynolds Associates. Earlier in her career, she was Director of Product Marketing at Siebel Systems, responsible for the communications industry vertical. She joined Siebel from Accenture, where she was a manager in strategy consulting. She began her career in an engineering management development program with GTE and engineering assignments at Motorola.
Kathy Ullrich has an MBA with top honors from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. She has a BS, cum laude, in electrical engineering from University of Michigan. She co-founded Professional Area Network for Women in Technology (PANW), a non-profit with the mission to advance women in technology, now the Alliance of Technology and Women (ATW) Silicon Valley chapter (www.atwinternational.org). She was previously VP of the Board of Directors for the UCLA Anderson School Alumni Association, MBA Alumni Class President, Member of the Board of Directors for the University of Michigan Alumni Association, Regional Director for the Silicon Valley chapter of WITI, and a selected participant for Leadership California.

| Irene Blomgren
Irene Blomgren has specialized in the recruitment of senior level executives for Information Technology companies for over ten years. She has managed recruitment activities at all levels in the technical field. She has retained search experience, agency management experience, in house corporate staffing and outsourced recruitment services experience.
She has done numerous successful searches for Fortune 1000 companies as well as start-ups, including CTO, CIO, COO, CFO, VP/Director Sales, Director Marketing, Director Engineering, and numerous software engineering positions. She has worked extensively with Pacific Bell, Anderson Consulting, Deloitte, Cadence, Motorola, CollabNet, and many more. She has been trained in behavioral interviewing and has a Bachelors in Psychology.

| Victoria Usherenko
Ms. Usherenko focuses on recruitment of executives for emerging technology and Fortune 1000 companies, with a focus on south eastern US and Latin America. Prior to recruiting, Ms. Usherenko established the US headquarters of ISM Consulting, a world class consulting boutique specializing in project management, corporate transformation and IT staffing. She started her career with First National Bank of Chicago as senior internal auditor and TransChem Finance and Trade as project manager.
Victoria holds a B.A. in Business and Finance from the University of Michigan and a M.I.B.A. in International Business from Nova Southeastern University. She is Founder and President of ITWomen, a South Florida non-profit dedicated to the advancement of professional women in technology. Most recently, she served as President of Women in Technology International (WITI) South Florida Chapter. She is actively involved in many business and civic organizations. Victoria was born in Kiev, Ukraine and emigrated to the US in 1975. |

| Carol Dressler
For ten years Carol Dressler has worked with venture investors and entrepreneurs to build technology companies. Recently, she was asked to return to Stanford Development Department as a senior consulting advisor for the Stanford Challenge Campaign. To continue her involvement with executive search, she is now a senior advisor to Kathryn Ullrich Associates, Inc. on executive level searches.
Before launching her management search firm, Carol honed her managerial skills and developed her broad connections in various roles spanning 27 years at Stanford University. She served as Stanford’s Associate Vice President for Development, and as Associate Dean for External Relations at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business, as well as its Director of Executive Education and Director of Placement. She holds a BA in English from Connecticut College, MA from Stanford and is a graduate of the Stanford Executive Program at the Graduate School of Business. Carol has been a featured speaker at The Entrepreneur Conference at Stanford and Cornell; BASES (the Business Alliance for Stanford Engineering Students); and Harvard Business School’s Westrek. Dressler serves on the board of FLY (Fresh Lifelines for Youth), sponsors the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs, and has served on the Board of Interplast, Inc.
